Women of all ages (13 to 103) – are invited to High Tea on Saturday, 27th October.
Amidst an enjoyable afternoon of tea and conversation we will consider the question: Does your dress define you?
Dress is an important feature of human societies and serves many purposes. Dress communicates identification with a particular social group, occupation or occasion. Furthermore, those who are united with Christ in baptism are described as being clothed – or dressed – with Christ (Galatians 3:27). That’s an important concept to understand!
So, we’ll look at it together and ultimately answer the question: What does it mean to be dressed in Christ?
Dress: Your favourite high tea outfit!
Cost: $10 is a suggested contribution to help cover costs but is not obligatory.
